Can I bring my child to the concert?
Children aged 6 and above are welcome if they have appropriate hearing protection. Children between 6 and 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (please bring identification documents). Children under 6 are not allowed, even with an adult. Children under 14 years old can enter for free.
I am a minor. Do I need an adult to attend your events?
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Teens aged 14 to 16 can attend if accompanied by an adult with a care agreement. Download
What are the alcohol rules for minors in Hamburg?
In Hamburg, the sale of alcohol is restricted as follows:
  • Under 16 years: No alcohol sales allowed.
  • 16 and 17 years: Allowed to purchase beer, wine, and sparkling wine, but not spirits.
  • 18 years and older: Can purchase all types of alcohol, including spirits.
What am I not allowed to bring to the events?
For safety and security reasons, please do not bring the following items: large bags, weapons, illegal substances, and outside food or drink. Additional restrictions may apply.

Is there accessible access for people with disabilities and inclusive restrooms?
Yes, there is accessible access, including entrances, elevators, and restrooms on both floors for visitors with disabilities.
How will the payments at the event for food and drinks be handled?
There will be a coin/token system at the event. Buy your tokens from the entrance reception on the first floor, or at cashiers on the second floor.
Will there be food and drink services?
Yes, there will be a bar for alcoholic and soft drinks in the concert hall. On the second floor, there will be a cafeteria and an outdoor food court area with various options for vegans and non-vegans. Please note that overly drunk people will not be served.
